Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging — and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

• Defective/Damaged Items: If your dryer is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Deklan will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

• Change-of-Mind Returns: If you simply change your mind, returns are accepted within 30 days. The item must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, with proof of purchase. A $25 flat return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@deklan.com. If accepted, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you need an exchange, you must first return the item. Once the return is received and approved, we will ship out the replacement item.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.

Deklan Limited Warranty

What is covered
Your Deklan Plasma Ion Flo Hair Dryer is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against original defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later). Please retain your proof of purchase.

During the warranty period, Deklan will provide, at no cost to you, repair, replacement, or refund if your dryer develops a covered fault under normal use. Replacement of parts or units under warranty does not extend the warranty period, except for any time the product is being serviced.

What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, cosmetic changes, or cord wear).

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or use not in accordance with the user instructions.

• Use with unauthorized parts or accessories.

• Commercial rental use.

Summary of coverage
This limited warranty is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which remain unaffected. It is not transferable. Deklan will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of this warranty, to the extent permitted by law.

Warranty service
To make a claim, contact info@deklan.com with your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue. All warranty service will be coordinated directly by Deklan or its authorized agents.
